Room Usage Fees and Other Costs – a schedule of room usage fees is available from Williams Property Management or Williams Reservations. Costs for other services such as housekeeping and security will be billed back to the event host based on actual cost from service provider.
Cancellation Procedures – please submit cancellations as soon as possible. When possible, cancellations should be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event. Failure to notify Williams Reservations of a cancellation may result in denial of future reservation requests.
