BOK Tower
The BOK Tower is a 52-story, Class A office building and at 667 feet tall, it is the crown jewel of Tulsa’s skyline. The building was designed by the architectural firm Minoru Yamasaki & Associates, who are most noted for their design of the World Trade Center twin towers. The building is bounded by First Street to the north and Second Street to the south.

Entrances are located on both First and Second streets, and the building is adjacent to One Technology Center, which houses Tulsa’s City Hall and other tenants. The BOK Tower is home to a Bank of Oklahoma branch, Center Court Food Hall, and corporate tenant offices.

Williams Resource Center
The Williams Resource Center is a three-story building connected to the BOK Tower on Ground and Plaza Levels, as well as to the Hyatt Hotel via an enclosed pedestrian skybridge. The Resource Center features a state-of-the art fitness center (scheduled for completion in Spring 2024), as well as conference facilities, a presentation theater, and corporate tenant offices.
