The building is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., excluding legal holidays.

All large deliveries to the building for and by any tenant are to be made through the service entrances, which includes the BOK and WRC East and West docks, unless special permission is granted by Property Management to use the other entrances. Below are the addresses to be used for deliveries to One Williams Center.

Delivery personnel delivering to the BOK dock will be required to check-in with the security guard at the dock, where they will be issued a contractor access badge. A valid U.S. government-issued Photo ID is required to receive an access badge.

All small deliveries, which include flowers, mail, gift baskets and small packages that can be carried, are to be delivered using the main entrances to the building.

The delivery person should proceed to the visitors’ desk on Plaza level and check in with the security guard located there. The guard will call the person receiving the delivery or the appropriate company contact to inform them of the delivery. Upon approval from the company contact, the delivery person will be issued a visitor badge and sent to the receiving location. The person receiving the delivery may also be requested to come down to plaza level and receive the delivery in the instance of when the deliveries are flowers or gift baskets.

The visitors’ desk is not a central drop-off location for deliveries to the complex and will not accept receipt of any items. Each tenant company is responsible for receipt of deliveries sent to their company and employees. This rule is in place year-round and exceptions will not be made at the holidays.

If deliveries dictate the use of carts to transport items on Plaza Level, contact Property Management. The use of protective materials such as masonite may be required to protect the floor and carpet.
