The Package Concierge® is an automated package management system is available only to tenants of One Williams Center. It allows tenants to sign up to have personal packages – and even dry cleaning/laundry – delivered to secure lockers in the building instead of your homes or company Mail Center.
The Package Concierge system is in Suite 257, on the Ground Level of BOK Tower. The Package Concierge lockers are available for deliveries from multiple carriers, not limited to one carrier such as only Amazon, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Tenants must register to become a user for the Package Concierge® Lockers Once a registration request is completed the tenant will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@packageconcierge.com. If the confirmation email is not received, please check your spam email folder to ensure the email was not isolated from your email inbox.
The confirmation email will contain a username and PIN number as well as additional instructions for using the Package Concierge system and web portal. Once you have the login credentials, login to the web portal to change your PIN to a 4-digit code of your choice. Also select how you want to receive notifications from the system when packages are delivered.
Lockers range in size:
Minimum size - 4.8”h x 13.5”w x 22.5”d
Maximum size - 26.4”h x 13.5”w x 22.5” d.
When placing orders please use the address below to have a package delivered to the Package Concierge lockers. Please continue to use your company’s address for packages that need to be delivered to your mail center.

Q: How does Package Concierge work?
A: Packages are delivered into the Package Concierge system by carriers such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc., and the package recipient will receive an email or text notification stating that user has received a package. The user retrieves the package by logging in to the kiosk with their username and PIN, and the locker will open automatically.
Q: Is there a cost to use the Package Concierge system?
A: No. The service is provided to tenants of One Williams Center at no cost. Services such as dry cleaning/laundry will be subject to fees from each individual service provider and are the responsibility of the Package Concierge user.
Q: Does the Package Concierge have its own mailing address?
A: Yes. You will receive the mailing address for the Package Concierge once your registration has been approved and completed by Property Management.
Q: Where are the lockers and how do I sign up?
A: The Package Concierge system is installed on the Ground Level. Tenants interested in using the Package Concierge system must pre-register by sending an email request to Property Management.
Q: What type of packages/deliveries are permitted?
A: The Package Concierge system was added as an amenity for our tenants to receive personal packages or dry-cleaning/laundry services at the office rather than at their home addresses. Package Concierge is not available to anyone who is not a tenant in One Williams Center.
Packages from retailers with online ordering should be able to be sent to the Package Concierge. The following items are not permitted to be delivered to the Package Concierge system:
- Groceries, catering, food and beverages
- Firearms and weapons
- Illegal drugs, prescription drugs, CBD or marijuana products
- Tobacco and vaping products
- Hazardous materials and any other items prohibited by local, state and federal laws and Regulations
Business mail, deliveries and packages should continue to be directed to your designated company’s mail
room.
Property Management reserves the right to open and inspect Package Concierge lockers should questions arise regarding the contents of the lockers.
