One Williams Center Complex Building Rules and Regulations
Bicycles
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and any other similar vehicles are not permitted in the offices, halls, corridors, lobbies and elevators of the building. Bicycle storage is located on the first level of the Williams Resource Center and is available for use by all tenants. While bicycle storage is in a limited access area, tenants are encouraged to properly secure their bicycle with a lock. Lockers are located adjacent to bicycle storage and are available for day use only.
Disruption to Other Tenants
Tenants should be considerate of the working operations of the other building tenants. Tenants shall not make or permit any noise, which includes the playing of any musical instrument, radio or television that in the judgment of property management might disturb other tenants in the building. Tenants also shall not obstruct the sidewalks, entries, passages, elevators and staircases in the building.
Property Damage
Any damage to the public portions of the building, which include the elevators, should be reported immediately to building security.
Fire Safety
Cooking is not permitted in tenant leased premises. No items shall be used in any space of the building that could pose a risk of starting a fire. Prohibited items include space heaters, candles or other open flames, or any unapproved electrical equipment.
General Safety
Do not hang or attach anything to the ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, or sprinkler heads. Avoid using tape, nails, or tacks on sheetrock walls. Do not stand on tables, desks, or chairs for any reason.
Popcorn Machines
Popcorn machines are prohibited unless prior approval has been obtained from Property Management.
Visitor/Contractor Registration
All visitors and contractors must check-in at the Visitor Desk located on the Plaza Level of the BOK Tower. A temporary badge will be issued, and it should be returned to the Visitor Desk when leaving the building for the day.
Security
Building security and property management reserves the right to exclude or expel from the complex any person who in the judgment of Landlord is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of Building Rules and Regulations.
Building security may refuse admission to the Building outside of ordinary business hours to any person not known or property identified.
Signage
Tenant signage is not permitted to be posted in the building common areas such as elevators, lounge, terrace, and lobbies.
Smoking Policy
One Williams Center is a smoke-free complex, and smoking should occur only in smoking permitted areas, which include the Williams Green located on the south side of the BOK Tower and on the northwest corner of 1st and Main Street. Smoking includes the use of pipes, cigars, cigarettes, vaping pens and electronic cigarettes.
Weapons Policy
One Williams Center is a privately-owned property. Possession and/or use of weapons is prohibited unless:
- The applicable state law prohibits or alters the enforcement of this policy.
- The weapons are in the possession of law enforcement personnel on official business.
- An exception is granted by Property Management.
No Solicitation Policy
Solicitation is not permitted, which includes invitations to membership, offers of employment or invitations to apply for employment, non-tenant business opportunities, or advocacy of a particular religious, philosophical or political point of view. Solicitation is prohibited whether verbally or via distribution of handbills, postings, or other non-verbal communication.
Animal Policy
Service dogs that are specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are permitted. No other dogs, cats, birds, or other animals are permitted inside the complex.
Exercise Walking
Exercise walking inside One Williams Center complex is limited to the Ground Level of BOK Tower only.
Photography
Use of cameras or video cameras is not permitted in the common areas of the complex without advanced verbal or written approval by Property Management.
Quiet Enjoyment
No noise, including the playing of any musical instruments, radio or television, which, in the judgment of Landlord, might disturb other tenants in the Building, shall be made or permitted by any Tenant, employee or guest.
