Access badges are issued by One Williams Center security, except in cases where a tenant company has its own access control system.
Requests for new employee badges, badge terminations or replacements should be submitted to owcaccess@williams.com. An access badge request form should be submitted for each badge request. For more information contact the Card Access Administrator at 918.573.8511
Tenants, visitors, and contractors are required to use a badge to enter access-controlled areas. Badge holders agree to abide by the following rules:
- Never loan their badge to another person.
- Never open a door for an unauthorized person who does not have proper identification.
- Never allow an unauthorized person to follow or piggy-back into a secured area.
- Never prop a door open or compromise the integrity of the access control system.
- Immediately report a lost or stolen card to the security console at 918.573.1302.
- Surrender a badge upon request from building security.
- A $10 charge could apply for repeated badge replacements.
