Access to all building docks (BOK and WRC) and after-hours access to the complex requires a security clearance. Security clearance can be requested from Property Management by email WHBPropertyManagement@williams.com or by phone 918.573.4724.

BOK Dock – Maximum dock height is 13'4"
The BOk dock door is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. After building hours Security/Life Safety can open the dock door remotely.

All deliveries are required to check-in with building security office and will adhere to the following rules when using any dock located in the complex:

• Long-term parking is not permitted in the dock by contractors or delivery personnel.
• Engines should be turned off after parking in the dock.
• Keys should be left in the vehicle in case there is a need to move it. If keys cannot be left in dock due to insurance or liability concerns, a cell phone number where driver can be reached must be provided to the Security/Life Safety Console.
• No smoking anywhere in the dock area.
• Upon entry to the dock, contractors and vendors should proceed to the dock security office and check-in with the officer present.
• Contractors/vendors will not dispose of materials or large amounts of trash in the building dumpsters.
• For after-hours access contact Security/Life Safety at 918.573.1302.
• All trucks as tall as 13'4" will require assistance from building technicians to navigate into the dock.

WRC Docks (west and east docks) – Maximum dock height is 13”4"
The WRC dock doors are opened remotely by Security/Life Safety as needed.
