Monthly pest-control services are provided in building common areas such as building entrances, stairwells, mechanical rooms, building restrooms, primary kitchens and docks. Offices, coffee bars, tenant restrooms, and other areas on tenant floors are not included in monthly pest control services and are the responsibility of the tenant.
